Consumer Dispute Settlement
We do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission has established a European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform can be used by a consumer for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from online contracts with a company established in the EU.

As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG (Telemediengesetz) for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws.
