Contact points
For your protection, we will perform additional disinfection of the most frequently touched areas in the guest room as well as in the public areas: Light switches, elevator switches, door handles, handrails, TV remote controls, telephones,and surfaces. We use only verified and tested cleaning agents for this purpose.

Paper & Co.
We have digitalised the guest folder and do without pen and notepad in the guest room. These products are available at the reception desk on request.

Contactless Payment
Please take advantage of our contactless payment offers, such as the pre-stay payment link and card payment.

Disinfection Dispenser
Disinfectant dispensers are available in the public areas. Contactless technology allows you to disinfect your hands particularly safely. In addition, you will find disinfection wipes for your individual needs.

Employees
A high level of hygiene has always been a matter of course in the hospitality industry. Nevertheless, our team receives continuous instruction and training on hygiene and occupational safety.

Fairness

We purchase 100% genuine green electricity.

We use only free range eggs.

With the Stay Green rates you do without room cleaning and linen change and thus not only save money, but also precious resources: because not washing at all is even better than washing CO2 neutral. Only directly with us!

Our laundry is washed 100% CO2 neutral.

We change your towels every 3 days. If you do not agree with this, please throw the towels on the floor.

All our employees earn well above the legal minimum wage of 12€ and receive Sunday and holiday bonuses to compensate for the deficits to the “office job”.
